In a large bowl, knead the flour, flakes of butter, brown sugar and vanilla sugar to form a crumble dough. Press approx. 2/3 of the dough onto a greased baking sheet.
Mix the cream cheese, quark, sugar, cornstarch and eggs until smooth and spread on the base. Spread the remaining crumble on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 1 hour. Take out of the oven and let cool down.
Mix powdered sugar and milk together and pour onto the cake with a fork. The milk stays nice and white.
This cake is totally simple and always eaten up in no time at all. If you don`t want to make a whole tray, you can bake half of the dough (then take 3 eggs) in a 26 mm pan.
