Mix the low-fat quark, yoghurt and vanilla sugar together well. Cut the peaches into cubes and mix in.
Takes less than 5 minutes and is so delicious But you should put the whole thing in the fridge a little longer, otherwise you will notice the vanilla sugar too much.
Tip: I just add a dash of milk if I don`t have yogurt on hand. I like it a little sweeter, so I always take 2 packs of vanilla sugar.
