Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion, garlic and basil or mix into small pieces. Mix the quark, cream cheese and yoghurt until creamy, mix well with the onion mix and herbs. Season with salt and pepper and add a dash of sesame oil and soy sauce each to taste. It is best to let the dip soak in the fridge overnight so that it gets a particularly good aroma.
  2. Serve with the raw vegetables.
