Instructions

  1. Put the quark and mineral water in a bowl and stir with a whisk until creamy. Add mayonnaise and stir until smooth. Remove the thyme and approx. 15 needles of rosemary from the stems, chop very finely and stir in. Mix the salt, chilli and paprika powder with the quark. Finally, chop the chives into fine rolls, fold in and enjoy.
  2. The quark dip goes very well with fan-shaped potatoes, flatbread or grilled meat.
