• 500 g low-fat quark
• 1 cup sweet cream
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 1 pack cream stabilizer
• 1 ½ sachet powdered drink (orange flavor), possibly more or less
• possibly sprinkles

Instructions

1. You simply mix all of the above ingredients together and then put the quark dish in the cold. It becomes delicious if you also add colorful sugar or chocolate sprinkles.
2. We loved this quark dish especially as children! The powdered drink can be bought almost everywhere.
