Cook the pudding the day before according to the instructions on the package so that it is cold.
Mix the quark in a large mixing vessel until smooth. Then add the vanilla pudding (skinless), the sugar and a few berries. Mix everything well. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer in an extra container until stiff and then mix spoon by spoon into the quark-fruit mixture. Now put the whole thing in the cold.
For serving, fill the quark dish into small bowls and garnish with the remaining fruit.
