First mix the quark, eggs, flour and vanilla sugar together. Then heat the milk with the butter and sugar. Grease a tall casserole dish and pour the heated milk, butter and sugar mixture into it.
Now cut dumplings from the quark mixture with two teaspoons and place them close together in the milk mixture. The teaspoon may already be full, this also depends on the size of the baking dish. If there is still quark mass left at the end, it is best to use it to plug a few more quark holes.
Heat the oven to 155 degrees and bake the dumplings for 30-45 minutes. They should look nice and light brown and crispy.
I always make vanilla sauce with it, but it also tastes delicious with a fruit compote.
