Instructions

  1. Whip the cream. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites into firm snow. Mix the quark with the egg yolks and sugar. Scrape the vanilla from the bar and stir into the quark mixture. Fold the cream and egg whites into the curd mixture.
  2. Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Mix the orange juice with the liqueur and cinnamon. Pour the juice mixture over the pineapple pieces and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
  3. Divide the fruit into glasses, pour the quark cream on top and decorate with chocolate rolls.
