Instructions

1. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the 200 g sugar, butter and one egg and make a kneading dough.
2. Roll out the dough on a baking tray and prick several times with a fork.
3. Separate the 4 eggs. Beat the egg whites with 1 tablespoon of cold water until very stiff. Mix the remaining ingredients with the egg yolks and fold in the egg whites.
