- Cut the nut chocolate into small cubes.
- Mix the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, rum and vanilla flavor until creamy. Gradually stir in the egg yolks.
- Mix the hazelnuts, almonds, flour and baking powder. Beat egg whites into snow.
- Mix the nut-flour mixture with the quark and the nut-chocolate pieces into the yolk mixture. Subject the egg whites.
- Pour the dough into a greased, floured Gugelhupf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 60 minutes.
- Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
