Instructions

  1. Cut the nut chocolate into small cubes.
  2. Mix the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, rum and vanilla flavor until creamy. Gradually stir in the egg yolks.
  3. Mix the hazelnuts, almonds, flour and baking powder. Beat egg whites into snow.
  4. Mix the nut-flour mixture with the quark and the nut-chocolate pieces into the yolk mixture. Subject the egg whites.
  5. Pour the dough into a greased, floured Gugelhupf pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 60 minutes.
  7. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
