Ingredients

• 400 g low-fat quark
• 60 g suar
• 200 ml cream
• 50 g poppy seed bake, a little more if you like
• 1 vanilla pod (s)
• 400 g strawberries, also frozen
• 30 g powdered suar

Instructions

1. Mix the quark, sugar and poppy seed baking together. Cut the vanilla stick lengthways, scrape out the pulp and stir into the quark mixture. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark cream. Puree the (thawed) strawberries, sweeten with powdered sugar to taste and place on top of the cream. Chill before serving.
