Put the amarettini in a freezer bag and grind into small crumbs with a meat mallet. There can still be somewhat larger pieces. Mix the quark, sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar to a smooth cream. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
Marinate the frozen berries with the orange liqueur.
Pour a layer of cream into a bowl, put the chopped amarettini on top of the cream and the berries on top. Put the rest of the cream on top. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 5 - 6 hours.
Tip:
If you don`t like amarettini, you can leave them out.
