Ingredients

• 250 g quark, (40% fat) or low-fat quark
• 500 g yourt (1.5% fat)
• 100 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
• 1 glass sour cherries, pitted (a small or large glass as desired)

Instructions

1. Mix the quark with the yogurt. Put the amarettini in freezer bags, chop up with a rolling pin and stir into the quark-yoghurt cream.
2. Drain the glass of sour cherries. Keep some of the cherries for garnish and fold the rest into the quark yoghurt cream, divide into dessert bowls, garnish with the cherries that have been retained and chill in the refrigerator.
