Instructions

  1. Clean fresh strawberries or defrost frozen strawberries. Put the berries in a container and puree, leaving small pieces in if you like. Add sugar to taste. Distribute the strawberry puree evenly in 6 glasses. The layer should make up a maximum of 1/3 of the glass.
  2. Stir the yogurt with the quark until smooth and add powdered sugar to taste. The creme
  3. Carefully spread over the strawberry puree with a spoon. Be careful not to mix the layers, but this can hardly be avoided entirely.
  4. Peel and puree the kiwis and, if necessary, sweeten. Carefully spoon the kiwi puree onto the quark layer.
  5. The curd layer should make up the largest part of the glass, the kiwi layer the smallest.
  6. Tip: you can also design the dessert in the French colors by simply replacing the kiwis with blueberries!
