Instructions

  1. Roast the oatmeal and almonds in a pan.
  2. Drain the mandarins and pineapple and drain well, if you like you can of course also use fresh fruit. Peel the apple and cut into small cubes. Put 18 mandarins aside, cut the remaining mandarins and the pineapple in half.
  3. Mix the quark with the yoghurt and cinnamon, add the fruit. Finally, mix in the roasted oat flakes and almonds. Save 2 - 3 tablespoons for decoration.
  4. Pour the mixture into 6 small glasses, decorate with the retained mandarins and oat flakes.
  5. Can be prepared very well. If you want to serve the quark later, you should distribute the decoration on the glasses just beforehand, otherwise the oatmeal will soften too much.
  6. For the sweeter, you can of course add 1 - 2 tablespoons of sugar, honey to the mixture
  7. or maple syrup can be added.
