For the shortcrust pastry, knead 200 g flour with an egg and 100 g butter into a dough.
For the topping, cut the peppers, onions and zucchini into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the olives into fine rings. Fry the minced meat with onions and garlic, season and then add the olives and cook for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, for the topping, crumble the sheep`s cheese into a bowl, pour three eggs and the crème fraîche over it, season with nutmeg, pepper and salt and whisk everything together.
Roll out the dough and place in a springform pan so that the edges are up. Refine the filling with herbs and pour onto the dough. Pour the cheese and egg mixture over it and bake everything in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
