Knead a dough from flour, water, salt and margarine and let it rest for about an hour.
In the meantime, wash and grate the zucchini or clean and cut the leek.
Then lay out the dough in a greased springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the grated zucchini or the chopped leek on the dough base. Spread the bacon on top as well. Mix the creme fraiche, herbal cream cheese and the egg well together and spread over the pastry base. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden.
