First make a shortcrust pastry from the flour, butter and milk, as well as a pinch of salt. Put it in the fridge to cool down. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
Now cut the bell pepper, onion and feta into small pieces. Mix the eggs with the cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and half of the cheese.
Line a springform pan with the shortcrust pastry. Put the paprika, onion and feta into the tin, top with the salmon and finally the spinach. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the quiche.
Bake the quiche in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes. A green salad tastes good with it.
