First defrost the frozen broccoli and frozen prawns. As soon as both have thawed, peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan, heat it up and sweat the onion briefly, then add the broccoli and cook for about 2 minutes. Now add the broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
The soup is then pureed with a hand blender and then seasoned with salt and pepper and
seasoned. Finally add the Cremefine and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the prawns until done.
