Cut the potatoes and mushrooms (preferably with the egg or mozzarella cutter) into even slices and the cheese into thin slices.
Layer alternately mushrooms, potato, cheese and onion slices in a greased casserole dish (can be flat but quite large). Keep the whole thing fairly flat so that the crust surface becomes larger afterwards. Mix the honey-mustard-dill sauce with the cream (also works with milk, but it tastes better this way) and distribute evenly over the whole thing.
Bake in the preheated oven (fan oven 200-220 ° C) on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes. A delicious, fresh salad, such as cucumber, tomato or mixed salad, tastes great with it.
For parties, you can quickly and easily prepare the whole thing on the oven`s juice pans and only put it in the oven when needed.
