Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes and mushrooms (preferably with the egg or mozzarella cutter) into even slices and the cheese into thin slices.
  2. Layer alternately mushrooms, potato, cheese and onion slices in a greased casserole dish (can be flat but quite large). Keep the whole thing fairly flat so that the crust surface becomes larger afterwards. Mix the honey-mustard-dill sauce with the cream (also works with milk, but it tastes better this way) and distribute evenly over the whole thing.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven (fan oven 200-220 ° C) on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes. A delicious, fresh salad, such as cucumber, tomato or mixed salad, tastes great with it.
  4. For parties, you can quickly and easily prepare the whole thing on the oven`s juice pans and only put it in the oven when needed.
