Briefly beat the egg and salt in a bowl with a whisk, add the flour and stir. Then add enough milk until the dough is no longer firm but also not too runny.
Wash the apple, peel and cut into small pieces, add to the dough and mix briefly. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, add the apple pancake batter, make sure that the apple pieces are evenly distributed and bake golden brown on both sides over medium heat.
I like the apple pancakes best with a little maple syrup.
