Instructions

  1. Finely chop the ginger and garlic. Chop the avocado and mix with the ginger, garlic, prawns, sesame oil and soy sauce. Season to taste with lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.
  2. Good as a starter or as a side salad with sushi.
