For the dressing, whisk all ingredients in the salad bowl with a fork or whisk.
Halve, core, and peel the avocado and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix directly with the dressing so that it doesn`t turn brown. Cut the tomato into small cubes and add. Mix in the prawns as well. Pick up the romaine lettuce, wash well, drain and fold into the salad mixture. After soaking it briefly, divide the salad on two plates.
