Instructions

  1. Put the banana in a deep plate, mash it with a fork and sprinkle with the oat flakes.
  2. Now pour in the desired amount of milk (I always pour up to the rim of the plate because I prefer it a little more liquid. The porridge thickens a little when heated. However, you can take a little less liquid first and then dilute it). Stir everything well again with a fork and mash so that the starch comes out of the oat flakes. Cover and heat in the microwave for 1 minute at full power.
  3. Now stir in the spices and salt. The salt can only be added now, otherwise the oatmeal will not soften as well. If necessary, dilute with a little milk. Heat again in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
