- Fry the minced meat in the hot oil until crumbly. Add onions and chopped garlic and sauté until translucent. Then season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped tomatoes with the juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain the green beans and add to the tomatoes and minced meat and let them get hot.
- Season to taste with thyme, basil, oregano and marjoram.
- Baguette bread is served with it.
