Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in the hot oil until crumbly. Add onions and chopped garlic and sauté until translucent. Then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes with the juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the green beans and add to the tomatoes and minced meat and let them get hot.
  4. Season to taste with thyme, basil, oregano and marjoram.
  5. Baguette bread is served with it.
