Mix the quark, mascarpone, sugar, single cream and vanilla sugar together well. Line the bottom of a gratin plate with ladyfingers and drizzle with berry or grape juice. Spread half of the cream on the biscuits, then spread the berries on top. Pour the rest of the cream over it. Sprinkle with chocolate powder as desired. Put it in the fridge!

You can also mix the berries into the cream.
If there are enough ladyfingers, you can make 2 layers.
