Mix the 3 packets of chocolate pudding powder and 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder with the eggs, oil, sugar and baking powder for at least 10 minutes. Pour the mixture into a tall baking tray, spread it on and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
Bring the cherries to the boil with 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder until the mixture is nice and firm and place on the cake base, which is still warm. Let cool for at least 2 hours.
Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar and the cream feast and pour onto the cake. Sprinkle with the chocolate shavings.
Tip:
Add kirsch to the cherries and some rum into the batter.
Variant:
To make a cake, you bake two bases from the dough. Spread the cherry mixture on both bases, then put some cream between the two halves. Garnish with cream, cherries and chocolate leaves.
