Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and immediately add the berries. After briefly boiling up (approx. 1/2 min.), Remove the pot from the heat, cover and let it cool for 7 - 8 min. Gently stir in the honey and cinnamon.
Tip:
Spread the almost whole berries with the juice on bowls, place a scoop of ice cream in the middle and serve with ice cream cones.
If you want juice without berries, you put everything through a sieve.
