Put the washed tomato gnomes in a coated pan with a bottom dia of 24 cm (the exact amount fits so that the bottom of the pan is covered). Salt and pepper, add the Provence herbs and garlic, then drizzle the olive oil evenly over the top, be sure to put the lid on and simmer at a low to medium temperature for about 20 minutes until the tomatoes burst.
