Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm liquid. Put flour (according to taste) in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir vigorously in a food processor or mixer.
  2. Fill a greased Ultra Plus 3.0 l form (or a 3.0 l form with a lid). Dough is more fluid than firm. Do not let go.
  3. Put in the oven preheated to 200 ° C (with lid), bake for 45 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes.
  4. The bread goes very quickly and tastes very good. If you don`t like seeds in bread, you can replace them with 100g more flour.
