Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
Grease the springform pan (26 cm)
Mix the flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix the milk, oil and eggs and vanilla pulp well, add to the flour mixture, stir with the mixer for 1 min.
Peel the apples, remove the core. Cut the apples into cubes.
Mix cane sugar and cinnamon.
Put the dough in a springform pan. Spread the apples on top, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
