Instructions

  1. One glass contains 200 ml. The ingredients are sufficient for half a baking sheet.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  3. Mix all ingredients except flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Mix the flour and baking powder and add little by little. Mix everything into a smooth dough. The dough is very thin. Mix in cocoa, nuts, fruits or flavor as required.
  4. Spread the mixture on half the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Variants:
  6. Marble cake: Pour ¾ of the batter onto the baking tray, add cocoa to the rest of the batter and spread over the light-colored mass.
  7. Nut cake: replace ½ glass of the flour with any nuts.
  8. Chocolate cake: Add about 5 tablespoons of baking cocoa to the mixture.
  9. Muffins: Simply fill the batter into muffin cups instead of on a tray.
  10. Sheet cake with fruit: Distribute any fruit on the mass.
