• 1 bell pepper (s)
• 0.25 ¼ iceberg lettuce
• 1 handful rocket
• 1 handful cherry tomato (s)
• 250 g shredded meat, e.., Gyros or the like, fully cooked
• 100 g herder cheese
• 1 cup crème fraîche
• salt and pepper
• Chilli flakes
• Garlic flakes
• Tomato Ketchup

Instructions

1. Wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces. Spread on plates and sprinkle some tomato ketchup on top. Then put the meat on top. Now spread the crème fraîche seasoned with salt, pepper, chilli and garlic on the plates. Finally, crumble the shepherd`s cheese and place on the meat.
