Instructions

  1. Mix the oat flakes together with the grain mixture and the liquid and sweeten and season as desired. Put everything in a bowl in the microwave and heat at approx. 700 watts for 30-60 seconds, stir again and then heat for another 90 seconds. You may be able to add a little more liquid to make it creamier and a more fluid consistency.
  2. In the meantime, wash and peel the fruit. Puree half in the mixer, cut the rest into small pieces and fold both into the finished pulp.
  3. Garnish with the almonds and possibly honey.
  4. Of course you can vary the fruits depending on the season and get a lot of variety in this great basic breakfast, also with the different cereal flakes you can try out great, for example soy flakes or spelled flakes.
  5. Nothing stands in the way of a good start.
