Summary

Ingredients

• 250 g quark, 20%
• 1 banana (s)
• 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
• 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
• some sweetener, or alternatively sugar
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 250 g roats, (cherry roats) finished product from the refrierated shelf

For decoration:

• possibly eggnog
• possibly mint

Instructions

1. Whip the cream.
2. Season the cherry groats with half of the lemon juice, cinnamon and sweetener. Fill into glasses.
3. Mash 3/4 of the banana (cut the rest into slices for decoration) and mix with the remaining lemon juice.
4. Mix the quark with the banana and fold in the whipped cream.
5. Pour the mixture onto the cherry groats. Garnish with a few slices of banana.
6. If you like it, top it with some eggnog at the end - and decorate it with a mint leaf.
