Put all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and mix well with a whisk. Place in the microwave for 3 minutes at 600 watts. Remove, stir vigorously and cook for 3 more minutes at 600 watts.
Then stir one last time, place in dessert bowls and let cool in the refrigerator.
If you like, you can also garnish with chocolate sprinkles, hang a slice of banana on the dessert bowl or add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Tip: if you don`t like skin on the pudding, simply put cling film on the pudding immediately after cooking.
