Instructions

  1. Fry the meat in oil until golden brown on all sides. Add onions and garlic and sauté too. Add zucchini slices and sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper, curry and coriander.
  2. Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, turning several times over a moderate heat. The zucchini slices should still have a bit of bite.
  3. Stir in the sour cream and season again to taste.
  4. Add the chives and serve immediately hot.
  5. Fresh baguettes, rice or potatoes are ideal as a side dish.
