Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry in a little oil with the onion. Add the thinly sliced carrots. Let these also fry briefly, then add the pepper cut into pieces.
  2. Fry briefly, then pour coconut milk on top and let boil. Add a dash of orange juice.
  3. Season with curry powder, paprika powder, salt, pepper and chilli.
  4. Simmer until the desired consistency is achieved.
  5. Rice goes well with it.
