Mix the powdered sugar with the cocoa. Then stir in the cream. Add enough cream, stirring constantly, until the desired consistency is achieved. Do not use too much cream, otherwise the sauce will be too runny.
The sauce tastes delicious over ice cream or fruit or pudding.
