Heat the oil in the pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Dice the onion and garlic and fry them. Add oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and a few dashes of Maggi, and fry for another minute. Add honey and tomato paste and stir vigorously again. Now switch the stove to medium heat. Puree the peeled tomatoes or press them through a sieve and add. Deglaze with 1-2 glasses of water and bring to the boil again. The sauce is ready.
