Instructions

  1. Dice the cucumber, bell pepper and tomato. Cut the spring onions into rings. Put everything in a bowl. Roughly chop the basil, add. Add the lemon juice (amount as you like, I usually use the juice of a whole lemon - I like it sour), as well as the olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Pour the couscous with the hot vegetable stock in a bowl and let it soak for a few minutes. Then add to the bowl with the vegetables and stir. If necessary, add the spices to taste again.
