  1. Mix all ingredients together well and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. If the consistency is too firm, add a little more milk.
  2. A simple, quick dip that just tastes delicious. Always a great hit with us at barbecue parties.
  3. If you want to use fresh herbs, the following are included in the mixture: parsley, dill, cress, chervil, chives, sorrel, borage, pimpinelle.
