Dissolve the yeast in water. Add the flour, salt and basamic vinegar and knead everything well. Add grains (you can use different grains each time, I`ve already baked with nuts, sesame, etc.). This dough doesn`t have to rise, hence the name fast crispy bread.
Grease the loaf pan, add the dough, sprinkle with grains if desired and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 60 minutes.
Of course you can also bake it with wheat flour etc.
