Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Peel the zucchini, cut in half and cut into strips approx. 1 cm wide. Peel the onion, cut into eighths. Dice paprika.
  2. Put the oil in a bowl, add the chopped garlic along with all the spices, salt and rosemary, stir everything briefly. Add the vegetables and mix everything together.
  3. Put the vegetables in the Airfryer and place the crispy duck on top. Cook at 180 ° C for a total of 20-25 minutes.
  4. Since the duck is already pre-cooked ex works, it has the same cooking point together with the vegetables and results in a wonderful dish.
  5. Instead of the Airfryer, the recipe can of course also be prepared in the oven. In the Airfryer, however, the cooking liquid and the duck fat drip down through the bottom. The dish remains low in fat and the vegetables are grilled to perfection.
