Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly so that it makes a nice bread dough. Leave a few grains for sprinkling. Shape the bread dough into flat rolls and press the top firmly into the remaining grain mixture.
  2. Makes about 6 rolls / rolls.
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  4. To make them extra crispy, fill a small, heat-resistant bowl with water and place in the oven.
