Cut the chicken breasts into strips or small pieces, the onion and peppers into small cubes.
Briefly fry the onions in the hot olive oil, season the chicken well with curry, cayenne pepper and salt and after 2 minutes add to the onion in the pan. As soon as the chicken is browned, add the peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add cream or water, depending on your taste, and reduce a little. Season the sauce with a little salt.
Serve the noodles cooked in the meantime together with the chicken pan and add some coarsely grated Parmesan cheese on top.
