Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and fry with oil. Add the curry powder and the chopped garlic clove and fry. Pick out the chunks of butter from the frozen butter vegetables and discard them. Put the butter vegetables in the pan and fry them briefly. Deglaze everything with the cream and then simmer until the sauce has the desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Rice goes very well with this.
