Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onions, heat the oil and sweat in it. Add the tomato paste and sweat it too. Now add the tomatoes with their juice and the water. Bring to the boil, season with stock powder, oregano, salt and pepper and let everything simmer for about 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the mozzarella and salami into small pieces. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into strips.
  3. Puree the soup and mix again with the above. Season the spices to taste. Add paprika, mozzarella and salami and bring to the boil again briefly.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs if necessary.
  5. Note: You can easily double the amount if there are more eaters. You can also add some rice to the soup if you are really hungry.
