Ingredients

For the dough:

• 4 egg (s)
• 100 ml sunflower oil
• 4 tablespoon rum
• 130 g suar
• 70 grams flour
• 60 g cornstarch

For the glaze:

• 2 tablespoon rum
• 100 g powdered suar

Instructions

1. Mix the eggs and all liquid ingredients with the sugar until frothy. Mix in all the other ingredients for the dough very well.
2. Bake in a 26cm tin / springform pan at 160 ° C for about 45 minutes. Let cool down. Mix the rum and powdered sugar until smooth and cover the cake with it.
