Peel and chop the figs, peel and chop the bananas. Pour some lemon juice over the bananas, otherwise they will turn brown. Put everything in a saucepan and cook according to the instructions for the preserving sugar. Just before the end, add the juice of the whole lemon. Make a gel test!
